Beautiful location with a wonderful mountain view, just outside Quito (45 minutes driving).
We had a nice big and clean apartment with nice furniture, really good craftsmanship!!
Eric and Paulina are really helpful hosts and if you need something they are there for you.

El lugar es lindo con un diseño único. súper pacifico y con vistas espectaculares. La atención de Eric y Paulina es muy amigable y servicial. Es una excelente opción para salir del bullicio de la ciudad.

De plaats is schattig met een uniek ontwerp. super pacific en met een spectaculair uitzicht. De aandacht van Eric en Paulina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een uitstekende optie om uit de drukte van de stad te komen.

Finca Petrona in Yunguilla has recently opened, & is in a wonderful location on a ridge on the western side of the Andes with views across the valleys to the peak of Cotacachi on clear mornings. The Finca itself is charming & very homely, with many thoughtful touches put in by Eric (Belgian) & his Ecuadorian wife, Paulina. There are lots of lovely walks nearby, & it's an ideal place to unwind for a weekend away from Quito.

Podría describir mi experiencia como perfecta. Es un lugar hermoso, me enamoré de cada espacio todo es muy llamativo, la decoración es perfecta. Te vas a dormir con un cielo estrellado y despiertas con una vista increíble, el atardecer es aun más lindo . Y no solo es el lugar también, es la atención. Eric y su esposa fueron muy hospitalarios, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidas. Me encanto el lugar y lo recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Tage auf Ihrer Finca, ein wahres Paradies für jeden Naturliebhaber. Ein wunderschöner Platz in den Anden unter europäisch-ecuadorianischer Führung. Außerdem hatten wir die Möglichkeit, das einfache Leben der Andenbewohner in Yunguilla kennenzulernen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben vannacht een overnachting gehad ,een klein uurtje van Quito. Een mooie locatie, met een fantastisch uitzicht,een goed ontbijt. Zeker een plek om terug te keren als we weer Ecuador zijn. .

Très belle maison avec des appartements très spacieux, grande cuisine et plusieurs terrasses et balcons pour profiter dans le plus grand calme d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne visible même depuis les lits.
Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute, de bon conseil sur les choses à voir dans la région et qui propose un petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.
Un grand merci à Eric et sa femme pour leur disponibilité, leur amabilité et leurs conseils.
A noter, Eric parle français, anglais, espagnol, allemand, néerlandais ce qui apporte un réel confort.
Merci pour ces 2 jours très reposants.
